Everything is completely custom. And so it usually takes us anywhere between five to six months. The clean up process carries on through the duration of the engagement, but that's kind of our starting point. So you'd be shocked, i'll get into a data base, n this is why i do the c r m assessment. We essentially look at all the contacts in the data base and determine how we're going to label all of them.
