What's the Most Stressful Part of Release?

I feel like those are probably pretty intense decisions to be made also together with a bunch of people, which I guess also kind of leads nicely to one other question. What would you say is the most, maybe the most stressful part of that whole job? Release is, it's about pressure of time and responsibility, because we promise our users to be on time. And after release, we have some kind of retrospective when we see what issues we missed,.What problems we have, how we can predict this and fix it in advance.
