Working for Ryan is like your version of actually working in banking right or lawyer except it's aligned with the life you actually want to live yeah. Everything I've written for four or five years now has had to go through Ryan's filter so when I write a draft of anything he marked he like goes through and is like it's not there yet he'll tell me why and then I have to like keep reworking it until it's ready.
