The PM's Perspective on Product Development
PMs are in charge, but at the same time there is a lot of cross overs in terms of how we collaborate and our responsibilities. They understand really the full picture and they're driving the whole product into a certain direction. So by understanding the business impact of each of the prioritized efforts or projects, you as a designer then pick it up from there to dissect why it is important. And that's when the PM would be the person who feeds you all the information and empowers you with the data connects you to the right people and stuff like that.
