This directly affects how I work with people and what kind of protocols or how long they're breathing in or holding or exhaling, depending on where they're at in their adaptation. So some people with a really good tolerance can do a pretty long hold and they can build a better tolerance. But often, you know, if most people fights it down, I'm like, okay, I want you to breathe in for eight seconds. And I wantyou to hold it for 25 and breathe out for 16.
