The Right Time to Choose Surrender Over Control

In so many different airs of my life that i'm wrongly trying to control, i'm going to choose surrender over control. Give you an example from a leadership perspective. As a leader, as a pastor, i oversee 25 different churches in seven different states. And then this will translate into every other air of your life. All leaders need to kno what it takes to build a growing organization.
