From yale to harvard business school, and then into direct investing. Most of my time at yale was a round, public equity, broadly defined. Then i spent time as a direct, more private investor at two different private equity shops. Also a little bit a public equity investing. And so then the question is, when you have that broad of a background lay, what do you do with it? So i thought about wanting to go back to multi manager investing. But today we would call a factor bet. Many long short hedge funds were long value and short high flying growth.
