SARS-CoV-2 Infection

The mechanism if you get let's take the unusual nature of SARS-CoV-2 out of the picture you get an infection with a coronavirus. It invades some cells it causes those cells to produce foreign protein they those cells produce new virus which goes around infecting your own cells trying to get out of you into somebody else. But what happens is as the immune system gets better and better at recognizing the infected cells it does break them apart and so almost. So fragments. Unless the spike protein can ever disassociate from the virus in vivo. Well I would bet that it does all the time.
