Is the European Banking System Going to End Commercial Banks?

There's a push to end commercial banking as a thing, and to move to a central banking model. But how do they price their assets at that point? How do they deal with it? And there's another issue here, which is that a lot of that, they were pricing their own LIBOR forever. We are cognizant of being a good global neighbor, but we still have to make policy for the United States.
