In a competitive job market, how can I get an employer to even consider interviewing me when I may not meet qualifications for the job? Well, as it turns out, that can actually happen the same way. It's not necessarily that they care a lot or don't care a lot about you. You need to do more in order to understand whether it's going to be right for you.
