Is There a Challenge of Resourcing at the Private Wealth Level?

I think ther's a lot of criticism for institutions for quing reaching for yield and, you know, stepping into risky or asit classes like private credit. So it does kind of have to stop, start top down. I mean, i think people are looking at it and going, ok, this is relatively easy to predict those forward returns. Even though it's not perfectt maybe you do get some more defaultsd and lower recoveries than you thought, but it's a pretty big martian of safety. But then it does step back from that top down framework in it really requires those bottom up resources that we're trying to educate our clientss capital appreciation.
