The Role of Joint Profiling in Sprint Performance
We do the what's called a supine single leg hip extension test. And so your ability to have large peak forces of hip extension and do it quickly is going to be a big marker of sprint success. So you can get like a broad spectrum of what the hips capability is to do in an isolated environment. Then around the foot knee ankles, the other big area and big key. So your RSI values. You want to look at RSI, but then look at strategy of contact time and airtime. Around those specific joint profiles, you can see weaknesses and areas of low hanging fruit that you can kind of attack with some of these athletes. But largely, we're looking at
