The Power of Culture in Advertising
I started in the internet in 1999, a company called US Web and tragically bought my first house on my first commission check in 2001. I think there's always an element in advertising and marketing about early movers and those who are willing to take a chance that can pay off with that. When you look at even more recently Meg Whitman and Jeff Katzenberg doing Quibi and the amount of money they're able to raise and then subsequent decline to that business. There's never a perfect formula for it. Relative to how I'm structuring Group M, you talk about structure and culture and let's say culture first actually because I think that's one of the biggest things.
