Introduction
In-product research is about meeting your users where they're at and really hearing from them in a more contextual manner than maybe a traditional email survey. Ryan Glasgow started Sprig to give anyone who's doing research, product managers, researchers, designers, really the capabilities to learn from their customers after they've launched something. When we look at research, I define it as really user sentiment. So user thoughts, feelings, emotions, and how someone's perceiving a particular product. And you can't really get that with AB testing. Just because someone rage clicks doesn't mean they're necessarily unhappy with your product. But if you ask them, are you unhappy with the product, they say yes
