A Climber With a Broken Tibia

A climber on a mountain breaks his tibia and is as good as dead. His friend Simon has to decide if he should save himself or risk both their lives. They come up with a plan where Simon will anchor himself into the mountain side and then use this rope to lower joe down, 300 feet at a time.
