Trust is about the consistency of your messaging across all of your channels. We like challenges, but we like our challenges automated because again, they can get just as much value if it's automated and also when it's automated, they can watch it when they have time to do it. And if we make it valuable, they will take the time to watch it. But we also never want to burn up that initial excitement. Not every single human being is going to be ready to purchase immediately.
