How Long Do Wheat Grains Last?

If you've given them the freezer treatment, if they are stored in reasonably cool, dry conditions, they will last for years. I saw something on some news report or something a couple of years ago where they found wheat grains from ancient Egypt and they germinated it. There's seeds that are in that seed bank that have been there for decades. So, based on my experience, I would wouldn't be surprised if I didn't have any issues for a few years. But I've heard people say much longer as well. It's a long time, just depending on that.
