Are You Putting Pressure on the Ethics of the Law?
In wars, you have to have two parties who are agreed on even entering any relation. You cannot practise relational ethics when one party is not interested. I think that's where you have to also look at the law, and put pressures on even the laws such as they are. We know that international treaties have developed in the direction of prohibiting newappropr new appropriations of cultural heritage.
