Identifying What Holds You Back

Is magnetism a quality that you're born with, or can it be learned? Why is it that there are some people that seem to be magnetic, relatable, and truly authentic, so that when they show up on camera, create videos, or content on the Internet, no matter what it is they say, they draw an audience?
