The queens are making a scene this week, and we’re not even talking about the challenge itself. Emotions run high early in the day and Best Supporting Ru makes an emergency visit to the workroom to keep more queens from quitting the show through the power of proselytizing. The true crime improv challenge itself is a slickly produced step up, and while no one is dead on arrival, there were likely culprits for bottom two. The winner of this week’s runway pageant was, in the words of Alyssa Edwards, not on this stage, and Jorgeous punches the clock more than the ghost as our guest lip sync assassin. It ultimately ends up being a really good week for Lala Ri, and frankly, it’s about damn time.
