How Do Paint Touches Work?

A paint is really some sort of action through the paint where there's no ball involved. Hard roll off a ball screen, hard refusal cut, burned cup from the corner. Forty five cut, maybe a simple path and hard full cut right all the way through. Just something that might make the defense react and might make a simple close up from a short closhe out to along close up. And then i think paint touches are the easiest.
