Customer Focus - I Love Asking

Sot in general, i think that being curious, asking questions. It's ok if you don't know the answer, as long as you're willing to figure out the answer and figure out the solution. I would say the customer focus would be something that i would have made sure that my early self, was always keeping top of mind at all times. So sometimes we get so wrapped into our own knowledge and why we should do things, but we always have to remember the customer.
