When interestrates are low, that means money is cheap. And so th the start up is not going to demand as high a premium. When when rates are at rock bottom, it means that we have no good ideas. We don't know of good ways to put money to work. So we're happy to fund almost anything, right, as long as you can produce some marginal rate of growth. That's what really low rates mean.
