The Pandemic in New York City
Theater and architecture are defined by the people that inhabit them. And an audience enlivening its streets, museums or restaurants, a city is only an empty frame. I think this has been reflected in the way the pandemic has affected public space. Everything for quite a long time was feeling very lonely. We were living in a period where we got to see what a city would like if it was all hardware.
