How to Separate the Rolls

Hipocrasy invites us to separate first what needs attention, you know, what is the roll from? Who's going to fill it? So we can have a conversation not about who takes out the garba. Or in a company, forget about who's filling em for the moment. But for now, what do we need to attend to? What are the rolls involved? And then separately, ok, who's the best fit for these different rolls? And when do we change rolls and trade em? The whole process gets easier when you make that distinction.
