The Shadow Minister for Indigenous Affairs and the Attorney General's Step Down
Lees has been involved at a policy level, but also just on a personal level. He's going to spend the next few weeks trying to convince the government of his position. But even if they can't get there, he will support it - which is different to what the Liberal Party will do and vote no. What it means, though, is that he'll be able to do what he wants to do from the back bench. That's different to what those who have these shadow ministry roles will be able to doing.
