I like being alone I don't like communicating with people as much, but I've learned over the years like there's only so far you can reach alone. To build a very good team of editors or whatever they're making directly what I'm making we grow together. You need to understand that you need to give them something more than justjust a direct salary Or something So vision in a sense like let's say this year I'm trying to find a great editor is in like take 10 20% of my YouTube earning Good incentive, you know, I mean, I generally think you'll build a very long-term success by doing it right.
