What Is Righteous?
Moses is working with this whole scheme in mind here, that the nation is a priestly representative to away. In a sense, we're going to see the laws keep coming as a result of israel's sin. Are the laws bad? Is it bad for away to say, be holy? That's good, because it's away inviting people into his life and his character. And it's a part of away wanting to be in relationship with his people. Because we're screwed up, and we have little wrapped around our heartsi and so he wants to release us from that and bring us into another way of living that shares in his character.
