What Advice Would You Give to a Younger Financial Advisor?
I would love to say that I have some like big picture visiony thing to tell them, but I think one of the big things is, you know, make sure you know what you want to get out of this. Not everybody is an entrepreneur and you don't have to be because there's plenty of ways to work in financial services as an employee. And so I would encourage anybody that's thinking about this industry or getting started in this industry to just be really clear what what your core competencies are.
