When you work out early in the day, i have more energy all day long. You liberate a bunch of dopomin and a drenelin from your systems. And so this is why i don't flush this out of the system - ye. I think times are changing now. Unless people get about five or six sets of reasonably hard work of resistance exercise per muscle group, that they're oing to be losing muscle over the course of their life span.
