How to Prioritize and Perform Well
For me, I identify a couple of foundational habits or prongs that I build every day around. Those are non-negotiables: 20 to 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation practice and some sort of physical movement. And then it is wrapping up no later than 615 to 630 at night to be with family. Ask myself, what's the most important thing I need to move the needle on? Then I make sure that I have the two to three hours it takes to do that.
