The Importance of Inadvertently Limiting Meetings
There are a lot of meetings. You know, needn't be meetings in many cases. Because I say there's one or two people just downloading a load of information. And you've just brought to mind one example where I've heard it's seen a leader. This particular leader, if they sent an agenda for a meeting, it would only ever be on the day or even in the hour leading up to the meeting. That increases psychological safety. Whereas if I'm walking in blind, that's really going to limit inadvertently.
