Don't sell directly to amazon. You can sell there on your own store front in their market place. 25 % of the listings on amazon come straight from chinese factories. If you're trying to reach a foreign company, try to get this rule lifted before you get on the platform. Talk to any maker and they'll tell you how it worked for them.
