Back Pain Research - Is There a Case Report?

If you're not controlling that movement well it can create micro trauma. A case report although filled with bias has no value because I really see my patients in case reports and I don't see my patients at all in any RCTs I read. The patient's experience is really really what guides but the test retests and the offering of change and treating and not treating the pelvis are separate from anything else.
