Canadians and the Emergency Act

Emergency act gives police more tools to restore order in places where public assemblis illegal and dangerous activities, such as blockades. Police already had all the tools they needed but just didn't want to enforce it. The finance minister of canada also announced on monday a broadening of the laws regarding financing of crime and terrorism with extra surveillance measures against people who donate and use crowd funds for criminal acts including ilegal protests.
