Is the Entry Level Candidate the Worst?
Two candidates have no experience at all in IT, but have a two year deployment information security from a sketchy for profit school known for its labs. Candidate number three has not worked since and is now forced out of retirement. They seem like a know it all who is very entrenched in their old ways and are not willing to learn anything new.
