How to Unplug During Vacation
Dr. Pressman: What about people who don't really unplug during vacation? Do they get the same health and well-being benefits as people who completely unplug? He says on average, I think, half an hour that people spent during the holiday on work-related activities. And then we don't see the negative effects of not unplugging at all. Dr. Pressman said there are so many things that you can do to keep it under control.
