The Southern Baptist Convention's Decision to Expel Women Pastors

The Southern Baptist Convention expelled two churches because they had women pastors on staff. Nearly 88% voted to uphold the church's bans from the SBC. Because of that, the SBC has also strengthened their statement of beliefs regarding the rule of women and ministry.
