The fatfs definition of a vosp is broad enough to include any crypto currency, companies and even individuals which are actively building daps. Fatfs regulations will apply to i c os as well, and the high risk investment designation these will receive means there will be off limits for retail investors. These are, of course, the high networth individuals who know so much more about crypto than us plebs possibly could. And they'll be the ones making the hundred x returns while we hold the bags.
