Why Are People Walking Away From Jesus?
In the context that James jumps into in verse three of that chapter is the usage of the tongue. The scripture says, say that we will give an account for how we used our words. To get your tongue lined up with the kingdom of God will save your life. And Paul says that Timothy, not just your life, but it'll save the life of your followers. It's no small thing, brother. Our words carry life to this world. I mean, God's words literally create worlds. Right. But we create, through our words, a kind of culture of life or a culture of death. We have more control over the agency of your body than almost any other discipline.
