In 2016 her poem Good Bones went viral internationally and was covered by The Washington Post,. It has been translated into nearly a dozen languages and public radio international called It the Official Poem of 2016. Her new memoir, You Could Make This Place Beautiful, is told in vignettes that explore the disintegration of her marriage and her renewed commitment to herself.
