We need to get started immediately, so we catch up on the ten year back log that's there in florida. We think we have this system that we've developed thay could provide for casts. It hasn't been made available to the public yet. So we want to do a test first on the gulf coast, see if this model can predict in real time to the point that it would be useful to the public. And if these parometers carry over to a place like california, then we'd be ready to go. We just need a reporting system in california. Could we explore a little bit more about what that deliverabe would look like that involve people
