Taking Revenge or Forgiveness?
The study asked participants to imagine an offence when somebody treated them with lack of respect or dignity. The highest proportion of offences were committed by co workers. Particiant participants indicated that this treatment made them feel insignificant and like i didn't mean a dam. Drawing on these reports, we asked participants to Imagine having been ostracized and then responding with either forgiveness or revenge.
