" kegging that's kept me in this hobby uh mostly the kegging part because you're cleaning one verse vessel versus 48 to 50 vessels," he says. "It reduces the risk of cold side oxidation it's a lot easier i guess you can have a lot more confidence knowing that the beer going into a keg has not been exposed to oxygen as opposed to you know bottling which there's going to be some level of oxygen exposure" He adds: " forced carbonation just happens so much faster than natural carbonation so why not?"
