How Important Sleep Is

Sleep and awake have very little benefit for your body physiologically. Getting a few hours of remin slowave sleep at night, versus less than one hour, is going to dramatically change the way you feel. I really believe you can only manage what you measure. And if you don't measure what % of time you're spending in bed is quality sleep, it's very hard to know whether introducing new habits, life style decisions, behaviors, diets, you name it, is impacting you positively or negatively.
