I don't necessarily have a skills strategy. It's very much also about what I like to do because being a generalist, I already have such a broad array of skills that finding work is not a problem. Being a specialist doesn't necessarily help me. So I really go by interest. Like interest can be interesting technology or interested in domain or interested in working with specific people, but it doesn't matter. And the second thing is you definitely need to ask for a decent rate. If you're too afraid to Ask for a good rate, if you are asking for the equivalent of a salary or something like that, then you will failBecause you won't be able to make ends meet
