Union Station - Will It Be Successful?

The station served forty million people pre pandemic, nearly sixtye million more annually than like d c a. The waiting areas at union station are too long and you can't wait on the platforms in many other places. Will it be successful? We'll have the same pitfalls after 15, 20 years t that past generations have, remains to be seen.
