If you don't understand how to add value to hours of their day outside of being consumers, you run the risk of creating a brand that lacks staying power. What creates loyalty is how much we understand your life and what we do about it that helps your life. People will often tell you what they think the researcher wants to hear. It's still a problem. Actually, it's probably even more of a problem now with all this survey fatigue that we have. But yeah I think it's just an example of how people are good to an extent,. but people don't know how they behave.
