How to Communicate With VAs on a Routine Basis

I know there's apps where you can find VAs and like pay them through that. Are you doing anything like that? Or is it just like once you've found them and hired them, you guys just go back and forth in your own communication style? We use primarily WhatsApp just to talk. I do use so I have a company phone number through open phone. Probably the best one. So they have their kind of like their assignment through what do they have to do on a routine basis for every check and check out. But that's like stuff that we've created in-house. Nothing that's kind of like a all-in-one stop shop.
