The Benefit of Meditation

In meditation, what will happen is you'll notice the breath get shallow and very, very soft and light. That's when the transition happens from sympathetic to parasympathetic nervous system state. And it also lets your body release serotonin and things that in that state as well because the body can reach out and heal stuff like that. It's just a matter of taking one step at a time and being consistent with yourself.
